Why does most every MMO insist on fast paced combat? If stuff was turn based then players would actually have time to coordinate with chat and such

Feudalism would fit the tribal nature of video game clans very well and add heavily to player interaction, but yet most games lack such a political layer. Such a missed oppertunity
