tl;dr internet at its absolute worse I first came to Hiveswap because the misadventures of an autistic 14 year old girl in a cartoon gone horribly wrong was something that seemed interesting to me. I cannot believe that Nintendo was the company that made this. Sure it starts out as a nice happy story about overpowered kids fighting aliens and psychic bugs, starring an arguably-autistic kid who understands the importance of friendship within a town famous for its roadblocks and filled with snakes and stray dogs.
